Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at checkout.

Billing: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription and can cancel or modify it at any time:

Via Email Links: Your order confirmation emails contain direct links to your order. You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your subscription from there.

Via Customer Support: You can also reach out to us directly, and we will update or cancel it for you.

Please note that canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders, but it does not automatically refund orders that have already been processed or shipped. For more details on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.
