Because every order is personalized and custom-packed for you, our processing time depends on whether you request a video recording of your packing process:

Orders without video shooting: Ready to ship in 1 to 4 days.

Orders with video shooting: Ready to ship in 5 to 8 days (to allow time for filming, editing, and scheduling).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 4 to 8 days

United States (Non-remote areas): 7 to 9 days

Other Countries/Regions: Delivery times vary depending on the distance and local customs clearance speeds.

Note: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order bundles.

3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, we will update your order with a tracking number. You will receive an automatic email so you can follow your package's journey in real-time.

4. Shipping Carrier Issues
